The Elk Bear - Bears Ears National Monument, Shash Jaá

Handmade, completely authentic, Bears Ears souvenir. 

This handcrafted ceramic bear is designed right here, in San Juan County, UT. Each bear is crafted by a Native American artist who hand etches and paints each bear, making none of them exactly the same, and yours completely unique and authentic. 

The Elk Bear features a sketch of a bugling bull elk on the front. An outline of the Bears Ears Buttes fills the background, framed by the moon, aspen trees, and traditional tribal designs, as well as the official name of the Bears Ears National Monument: Shash Jaá. 

The back features unique tribal designs with a deep red coloring both of which vary slightly with each, unique bear. 

The Elk Bear is deep, dark brown, with cream, brown, and white etching. Stands 3.5" high and is 5" long. Each bear is individually numbered by the artist.
